Oceanus Group Limited, an investment holding company, sells processed marine products, sugar, beverages, and other commodities in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, and the People’s Republic of China. It operates through the Live Marine Products, Trading, and Consultancy segments. The company distributes fast-moving consumer goods, such as snacks, instant drinks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; chilled and frozen beef, chicken, and pork; grains, fruits, and sugar; and convenience and canned food. It also offers the Oceanus Digital Network, which allows cross-border payments and trade-centric financial services, including ODIN Pay, an international payment service; ODIN Finance, which provides data-driven financing solutions; ODIN Market, a managed marketplace solution; and ODIN Warehouse Management System, which digitizes warehouses to track the movement of goods. In addition, the company engages in the trade of canned abalone and frozen food; property rental and leasing; and the operation of an e-commerce platform for food products. Further, it provides warehousing solutions and consultancy services related to media and marketing. It markets its products under the Oceanus brand. Oceanus Group Limited was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Singapore.
