Okasan Securities Group Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in securities business in Japan. The company was formerly known as Okasan Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Okasan Securities Group Inc. in October 2008. Okasan Securities Group Inc. was founded in 1923 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
