Orient Rental Modaraba engages in the power generation rental, operation and maintenance, and facility management business in Pakistan. It offers power generation equipment, which includes diesel, gas, and HFO generators; and rental support equipment, such as loan banks and power cables. The company also provides power plant services including O&M estimating and budgeting; plant staffing, training, personnel policies, and procedures, as well as operating procedures; long-term plant operations; and safety and quality control, and maintenance management programs. In addition, it offers enterprise system management; annual review and audits; plant improvements and upgrades; and replacement parts and field engineering services. Further, the company provides HVAC-R O&M services for absorption and vapor compression chillers, and heating ventilation and air-conditioning; and support services, such as troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, periodic and corrective maintenance, and inspection and testing services. Additionally, it offers facility management services, which includes MEP services, elevators and escalators, compressed air system, carpentry, landscaping and horticulture, water treatment services, reverse osmosis RO plants operation, and building and HSE management system, as well as janitorial and soft, façade cleaning, and work shop services; and firefighting, safety, and alarming system services. Orient Rental Modaraba was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.
