Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation, an investment holding company, engages in real estate and mining activities. The company was formerly known as Premiere Entertainment Philippines, Inc. and changed its name to Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation in December 2011. Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Pasig City, the Philippines.
