Qatar Islamic Insurance Group Q.P.S.C. provides a range of insurance products and services in Qatar. It operates through three segments: Underwriting, Investments, and Real Estate. The company offers personal insurance products comprising motor, medical, travel, maid, home, life, and yacht and boat insurance. It also provides corporate insurance products, such as energy, engineering, general accident, corporate liability, fire and property, marine cargo, marine hull, motor fleet, group medical, and group life insurance; and takaful insurance products. In addition, the company invests in capital and other resources in related activities. It serves private and public sectors, including government offices, banking institutions, hotels, and other organizations, as well as infrastructure projects. Qatar Islamic Insurance Group Q.P.S.C. was formerly known as Qatar Islamic Insurance Company Q.P.S.C. The company was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Doha, Qatar.
