It operates in Europe, the Middle East, North America, South America, and Asia. The company was formerly known as RS2 Software p.l.c. and changed its name to RS2 p.l.c. in August 2023. The company was founded in 1988 and is based in Mosta, Malta. RS2 p.l.c. operates as a subsidiary of ITM Holding Limited.
