Star Jets International, Inc. owns and operates private jet charter brokerage. The Company provides pricing and personal services to its clients on a global basis. The Company operates a network of approximately 5,000 domestic private jets and approximately 15,000 international private jets. The Company’s services include family vacations, business trips, multiple destinations, concerts or tours, road shows, air cargo for art and valuables, air ambulance, jumbo jet charters, helicopter charters, aircraft sales, aircraft management, travel agent, concierge services and yacht charters. It offers on-line booking platform which enables its customers to book a real time charter flight. The Company offers three types of SKY CARD programs which includes traditional SKY CARD, 25 hour SKY CARD and customized SKYCARD. The Company’s aircrafts include helicopters, Turbo-Props, Very Light Jets (VLJ), Light Jets, Super Light Jets, Midsize Jets, Super Midsize Jets and Heavy Jets, among others.
