Sunnova Energy International Inc. provides solar energy services in the United States. Sunnova Energy International Inc. was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. On June 8, 2025, Sunnova Energy International Inc., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
