Tesson Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, engages in the lithium-ion motive battery business in the People's Republic of China. The company operates in two divisions, the Lithium-ion Motive Battery Business and the Internet Sales Business. It engages in the manufacture, sale, and trading of lithium-ion motive batteries, lithium-ion battery modules, battery charging devices, and battery material machines and production lines. The company also provides new energy solutions and related equipment, including electric passenger car power batteries, electric logistics vehicle power batteries, electric tool power batteries, garden tool power batteries, industrial and commercial energy storage systems, and home energy storage systems. In addition, it engages in import and export trading activities. The company was formerly known as Kith Holdings Limited and changed its name to Tesson Holdings Limited in June 2015. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Tesson Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Double Key International Limited.
