Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. provides financial securities services primarily in China. The company is also involved in the investment banking business comprising financial advisory services to institutional clients, such as stock underwriting and sponsorship, bond issuance and underwriting, asset restructuring of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring counseling, and equity incentives, as well as stock transfer system listing recommendation, supervision, and financing and other services. In addition, it engages in the investment and trading of financial products, including equity securities, fixed-income securities, and securities derivatives; the publication of research reports, as well as the provision of industry and listed company surveys, research results roadshows, commissioned research, conference promotion and communication, and various customized research consulting services; securities and other financial product investment management services; and private equity investment fund and alternative investment businesses. The company was formerly known as Sichuan Tianfeng Securities Brokerage Company Limited and changed its name to Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. in 2012. Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Wuhan, China.
