Tilak Ventures Limited operates in the commodity trading and financing businesses in India. The company is involved in the business of manufacturers, traders, agents, suppliers, importers, and exporters of various types of fabrics, yarns, and cloth, such as suiting, shirting, dress material, and industrial fabrics, as well as textures, twisted, sized, blended, spinned, viscose filament, and other type of synthetics and cotton yarn. It also invests in and deals with money; and acquires, sells, transfers, subscribes, holds, disposes of, and deals in shares, stocks, bonds, land, building, properties, obligations, and securities. The company was formerly known as Tilak Finance Limited and changed its name to Tilak Ventures Limited in October 2015. Tilak Ventures Limited was incorporated in 1980 and is based in Mumbai, India.
