Top Spring International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, operates as a real estate property developer in the People's Republic of China. The company was formerly known as Top Spring Holdings Limited and changed its name to Top Spring International Holdings Limited in September 2009. Top Spring International Holdings Limited was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
