It operates through four segments: Property Development, Property Investment, Property Management and Related Services, and Education Related Services. In addition, the company provides property management and related services to purchasers and tenants; decoration services; and education related services and products to students, as well as offers investment management services. The company has projects approximately in 10 cities at various stages of development in Shenzhen and Dongguan, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Changzhou, Kunming, and Hong Kong. The company was formerly known as Top Spring Holdings Limited and changed its name to Top Spring International Holdings Limited in September 2009. Top Spring International Holdings Limited was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
