Tulsyan NEC Limited engages in the manufacture and sale of steel and synthetic products in India and internationally. It operates through three segments: Steel Division, Synthetic Division, and Power. The company provides thermo mechanically treated bars, sponge iron products, billets, and ingots; and synthetic products, including PP woven sacks, and FIBC and woven fabrics. Its TMT bars are used in the construction sector; and plastic products are used for packaging in various industries, such as cement, fertilizers, food grains, sugar, etc. It also generates power through wind mills and thermal power plants. The company was incorporated in 1947 and is based in Chennai, India.
