Sky Tower Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides infrastructure for electric power and telecom in Thailand and the Philippines. The company manufactures high-voltage transmission towers and substations, steel structures, telecommunication towers, and shared telecommunication towers. It also engages in the production and distribution electricity poles, telecommunication poles, and electricity sub-stations; provision of telecommunication towers rental and consulting services; and project management, planning, and installation activities, including equipment maintenance for communication and telecommunications, as well as technical advisors related to communications and telecommunications. In addition, the company offers galvanizing and steel fabricating services, broadband internet products, and in-building solutions; and sells industrial products, such as chains, sprockets, gears, gear motors, couplings, conveyor chains, and others under the RENOLD brand. Further, it is involved in the operation of biogas power plants; trading and investing activities; and management of human resource functions. Additionally, the company manufactures and sells agricultural products and woodchips, as well as invests in other companies. The company was formerly known as Ua Withya Public Company Limited and changed its name to Sky Tower Public Company Limited in July 2021. Sky Tower Public Company Limited was incorporated in 1967 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
