In addition, the company provides cash and liquidity management, working capital, foreign exchange, reserve based lending, project and assets acquisition finance, and contractor finance facility; and receivables discounting, advisory services, equipment leases, and payments and collections, as well as bonds, guarantees, and indemnities services. Further, it offers trade solutions, including import and export letters of credit, inward and outward bills for collection, and specialized and structured trade finance; and treasury solutions, such as debt market services, money market instruments, cash management services, and foreign exchange services. The company was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Union Bank of Nigeria Plc is a subsidiary of Union Global Partners Limited. Union Bank of Nigeria Plc operates as a subsidiary of Titan Trust Bank Limited.
