Warisan TC Holdings Berhad, an investment holding company, provides travel and car rental, automotive, machinery, and consumer products and services in Malaysia. It operates through Machinery; Travel and Car Rental; Automotive; and Others segments. The Travel and Car Rental segment offers inbound and outbound tour, corporate travel, medical and education tourism, airline ticketing, car and coach rental, and chauffeur services. The Automotive segment retails and distributes light and heavy commercial trucks, and pick-up trucks; rents cars and coaches; trades in second hand and pre-owned vehicles; and offers online vehicle auction, and after-sale services, as well as spare parts and accessories for vehicles. The Machinery segment distributes, sells, and rents material handling equipment, forklifts, factory scrubbers and sweepers, excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, backhoe loaders, off-road dump trucks, agricultural tractors, golf and turf equipment, engine and generators, and air compressors; and training services. The Others segment is involved in property investment businesses; provision of consumer products, such as cosmetics and ladies’ undergarments; and captive insurance business. The company engages in commercial and passenger vehicle manufacturing and assembling business; and markets and trades in motor vehicles. It also offers technology, maintenance, and related services; consultancy services, advisory, application processing, management, and other related support services; online travelling solution; and online and mobile application platforms to fleet owners, fleet maintenance and management, and advertising services, as well as technology, system development and online platform business solutions for travel related business. The company operates in Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Taiwan, and China. Warisan TC Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
