A'ayan Leasing and Investment Company K.S.C.P. engages in financial investments, trading and investing in properties, and leasing activities primarily in the State of Kuwait. It also involved in the marketing of products and services; portfolio management on behalf of the customers; investment in real estate properties in industrial, agricultural, and other sectors; and development and rental of residential land and commercial properties. In addition, the company conducts research and studies, and related activities on behalf of customers; and establishes investment funds and manages funds. Further, the company engages in the leasing and investment securities related activities, as well as leases vehicle and equipment and provides logistic services. A'ayan Leasing and Investment Company K.S.C.P. was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
