Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC owns and manages hotels in the United Arab Emirates. It operates through Hotels, Transport Services, Catering Services, and Holding Company segments. The company owns and operates hotels that are managed by international hotel operating companies or operating under a franchise agreement. It also provides catering, maintenance, and facilities management services; security guard services comprising 24-hour security, control room management, and bouncer services; travel agency and tour operator services, including destination management services; and transport solutions, such as limousines, buses, and taxi services, as well as car rental, repair, and maintenance services. Further, it operates a fine-dining oriental restaurant; and engages in the installation, maintenance, and trade of security systems and equipment, such as video surveillance and alarm systems. Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC was incorporated in 1975 and is based in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
