Its Appraisals and Development Advisory segments include services in the field of commercial property valuation appraisals, such as valuation appraisals of properties for transactional purposes, due diligence, and litigation support; and commercial development advisory services in the areas of construction feasibility studies, budgeting, cost and loan monitoring, and construction project management. The company also provides ARGUS Intelligence, a portfolio performance solution; ARGUS Enterprise, a commercial property valuation and cash flow forecasting software; ARGUS EstateMaster, a property development feasibility and management software; ARGUS Developer, a real estate development software; ARGUS ValueInsight, a valuation management platform; ARGUS Taliance, a real estate fund management software; Altus Data Studio, a data analytics platform; Fairways Debt, a debt management software; Forbury, a commercial real estate valuation, appraisal, and investment analysis software; and Reonomy, which provides access to property owner information, property records, and company data.
