Asia Insurance Company Limited engages in the non-life insurance business in Pakistan. It operates through Fire and Property Damage, Marine Aviation and Transport, Motor, Health & Personal Accident, and Miscellaneous segments. The company offers motor insurance cover against accidental damage, theft, snatching, armed hold-ups, third-party liability, and terrorism; property insurance for factories, offices, and homes against fire, lightning, and allied perils; marine insurance cover against imports and exports of consignments, and dispatch of goods, as well as loss or damage to cargo during transit by air, sea, and rail/road; agriculture insurance coverage against agriculture loans; and travel insurance. It also provides miscellaneous insurance that covers insurance for engineering projects for electrical equipment and machinery breakdown, contractor all risks, erection all risk, and bonds and guarantees; and health insurance services to corporate employees and their families to safeguard against injuries and accidents, as well as personal accident insurance for individuals and policies for school-going children. In addition, the company offers motor, property, marine, miscellaneous, and health-taking products and services. Asia Insurance Company Limited was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.
