The company was formerly known as AXA Cooperative Insurance Company and changed its name to Gulf Insurance Group in June 2022. Gulf Insurance Group was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Gulf Insurance Group is a subsidiary of Gulf Insurance Group (Gulf) B.S.C.
