The company also provides logistics services for transportation of goods and services, including agricultural produce, people, water, e-commerce, healthcare, and education space under the VAYA Logistics brand; and emergency medical services under the MARS brand. In addition, it operates Maisha Medik, a digital personal health assistant application that provides medical information and connects patients, doctors, laboratories, dentists, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, and other health service providers on an integrated mobile platform; VAYA Digital Farmer, a mobile farming platform the offers solutions on mechanization, warehousing and logistics, fragmented markets, low yield, and post-harvest losses to farmers; VAYA Mobility, a ride hailing platform; VAYA Services platforms that provides tools and technologies needed to build IoT solutions and augmented reality (AR) experiences; and Akello, an education services platform. The company was formerly known as EcoCash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited and changed its name to TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited in July 2025. TN CyberTech Investments Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
