Camargo Corrêa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário (CCDI), the real estate development company of the Camargo Corrêa group, operates in the range from the low-income segment to the most sophisticated segments of the market, developing residential and commercial real estate projects in several regions of Brazil. It has been the parent company of HM Engenharia, a company with over 100,000 units developed and built in 33 years of experience focused exclusively on the low-income segment, since 2008. CCDI is responsible for the development of important projects in the Brazilian real estate segment such as Ventura Corporate Towers, the "AAA" office building located in the center of Rio de Janeiro; and the "Innova" line of residential products, whose commercial success surpasses more than 1,000 units sold in the economic housing segment, the In Berrini, which was awarded the Master Imobiliário 2010 prize for its sales success resulting from an innovative strategy; and the "Bairro Jardim Sul," a project for the reurbanization of the neighborhood of the same name in São Paulo that now has more than two dozen residential buildings launched. CCDI and HM Engenharia have launched over 24,000 units distributed throughout 24 cities in Brazil. Its Land Bank for future developments totals R$ 8.1 billion.
