Uniholdings Inc., an investment holding company, invests in, purchases or otherwise acquires and owns, holds, sells, assigns, transfers, mortgages, pledges, exchanges, or otherwise disposes of real property and personal property of every kind in the Philippines and internationally. The company also engages in rebuild, enlarge, alter, improve, or remodel any building or other structures. In addition, it engages in leasing of office space and warehouse. The company was formerly known as Chemical Industries of the Philippines, Inc. and changed its name to Uniholdings Inc. in June 2024. Uniholdings Inc. was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in Pasig City, the Philippines.
