The company also produces and explores crude oil and natural gas, and other coal-derived clean energy and related products; constructs and operates gas pipelines, as well as involved in investment in energy related business. The company serves residential users; and industrial and commercial users. China Oil And Gas Group Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
