It operates through two segments, e-Commerce and Motor Vehicle Administration Documentation (MVAD). It offers AutoReg MVAD comprising AutoReg Vehicle License, which is used in the automation of the vehicle license registration process and renewal system by vehicle owners; AutoReg Inspector, a remote verification tool for law enforcement agents to authenticate various types of vehicle documentations and information provided by individuals; AutoInsure, a marketing platform for insurance houses to sell insurance policies; AutoReg Road Worthiness, a document for certifying that a vehicle is road-worthy and can be driven on the road for a stated period of time; and AutoReg Vehicle Test, which is an inspection fee receipt of the tax paid to the government for verification of vehicle’s road-worthiness. It also offers e-commerce solutions, such as SMELite, a web-based and mobile responsive market hub and financial management portal for small and medium scale enterprises; and Egole Shopping Mall, an online e-commerce merchant and service provider aggregator website. In addition, it provides AutoReg WebPeople, a web-based and interactive platform that allows the design and hosting of websites for companies and individuals; students' parents-school education and monitoring system, a solution that supports and automates a school's administration and academic processes; and central insurance industry database solutions to create a central insurance database of various insurance policies issued by insurance companies; and ReVxx, a platform that facilitates the collection of value added tax from satellite television companies. The company was formerly known as Courtville Investments Plc and changed its name to Courteville Business Solutions Plc in July 2011. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
