CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides various solutions in India and internationally. It operates Power, Industrial Systems, Semiconductors, and Others segments. The power systems segment offers auto, generator, power, statcom application, furnace, locomotive, trackside, distribution, energy efficient, traction, solar, inverter application transformers, shunt reactors, variable shunt reactors, BIS Level, IS:1180, green, dry type transformers (cast resin), and filled with natural/synthetic ester oil. The switchgears products, current, capacitive, inductive, dry type voltage transformers, hv bushing, OIP condenser bushings, coupling/grading capacitors, indoor, outdoor vacuums circuit breakers, indoor gas insulated switchgear, indoor and outdoor ring main units, gas circuit breakers, gas insulated, hybrid gas insulated switchgears, dead tank circuit breakers DTB, disconnectors, lightning arresters along with allied accessories, numerical protection relays, control and relay panels, substation automation, vacuum interrupters, LV and MV vacuum contactors, forward/reverse vacuum contactor panels, mv electrical soft starters, gas insulated sectionalizer, automatic circuit reclosers, and load break switch. It also offers AC & DC traction motors, traction alternators, and tailored solutions for self-propelled railway vehicles; outsourced semiconductor assembly and test OSAT, radio frequency RF business, and adhesive tapes and labels. In addition, the company offers power transformers offers generator, distribution transformers, solar, green, unit auxiliary, shunt reactors, furnace, locomotive and track side transformers; and propulsion systems, signalling relays for the railways; and induction motors, drives, transformers, and other allied products for the industrial and power sectors. The company was formerly known as Crompton Greaves Limited and changed its name to CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited in February 2017. CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited was incorporated in 1937 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited operates as a subsidiary of Tube Investments of India Limited.
