Dongfeng Motor Group Company Limited engages in the research, development, manufacture, and sale of commercial and passenger vehicles, engines, and other auto parts in the People’s Republic of China. Its commercial vehicles include light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, as well as pickup trucks and buses; passenger vehicles comprise sedans, MPVs, and SUVs; electric and new energy vehicles; special commercial vehicles; and other automobile related products, as well as automotive parts and components, and automobile equipment. The company also provides investment and advisory; insurance agency; logistics; and financing services that includes loans, commercial draft discount, bills acceptance, entrusted loans, dealer inventory procurement, spare parts and maintenance equipment purchase, and consumer credit for individuals and entities purchasing vehicles and vehicle accessories. In addition, it is involved in trading of used car; automobile leasing; and import and export of automobiles and auto parts. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Wuhan, the People’s Republic of China. Dongfeng Motor Group Company Limited is a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
