eSOL Co.,Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, designs, plans, operates, and sells embedded software solutions and logistics systems in Japan. It operates through Embedded Software Business and Sensing Solutions Business segments. The company offers real-time operating systems (RTOS) and hypervisors comprising eMCOS SDK, an all-in-one software development package; eMCOS POSIX, a RTOS that provides support for thread, signal, and inter process communication on the process and system level; eMCOS Hypervisor, which enables real-time processing with the integration of Linux; and eT-Kernel, RTOS for embedded systems. It also provides eBinder, a development suite for embedded software development; eDEVS, IDE for the eMCOS RTOS platform; eModel Based Parallelizer, a model on multicore processors in embedded devices; FAT12/16/32, VFAT, and exFAT-compatible file systems for embedded systems; PrCONNECT Pro, a protocol stack tuned for embedded systems; USB host and device stack for embedded systems; and software platforms. In addition, the company offers AUBIST classic and adaptive platforms, tools, and hypervisors; eSOL Dr. CAN, an in-vehicle diagnostic protocol stack; and eSOL Dr. Repro, an ECU reprogramming module, as well as support and maintenance, custom engineering, professional, and training and implementation support services. Further, it develops and sells devices centered on in-vehicle printers, handy terminals, and terminal holders for forklifts, sales support software, and monitoring systems. The company serves the automotive, consumer, industrial, medical, distribution, logistics, agriculture, and disaster prevention infrastructure industries; ham, food, and forklift manufacturers; frozen food/ice cream manufacturers and wholesale retailers; and warehouses and transportation companies. The company was formerly known as ERG Co., Ltd. and changed its name to eSOL Co.,Ltd. in May 2001. eSOL Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1975 and is headquartered in Nakano-Ku, Japan.
