Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc engages in the flour milling business in Nigeria and internationally. The company operates through Food, Agro Allied, Support Services, and Sugar segments. It produces pasta, snacks, noodles, edible oil, and livestock feeds; and poultry products; produces and distributes fertilizers; and manufactures and markets laminated woven polypropylene sacks and flexible packaging materials. In addition, the company is involved in farming of maize, cassava, sugar cane, oil palm, and soya products, as well as in engages in leasing of investment properties; and port terminal operations, customs clearing, forwarding and shipping agent, haulage, and logistics activities. Further, it operates terminals A and B at the Apapa Port. Additionally, the company cultivates and processes sugarcane, refines and sells sugar; and sells by-products from sugar refining. The company was incorporated in 1960 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc operates as a subsidiary of Excelsior Shipping Company Limited.
