The company was formerly known as Fridenson Cranes and Trucking Ltd. and changed its name to Fridenson Logistic Services Ltd. in June 2007. The company was incorporated in 1975 and is headquartered in Haifa, Israel. Fridenson Logistic Services Ltd. is a subsidiary of Cambridge Holdings Ltd.
