GAMCO Investors, Inc. is a holding company. The Company is a provider of investment advisory services to open and closed-end funds semi-transparent Exchange Traded Funds, institutional and private wealth management. The Company manages assets on a fully discretionary basis and invests in a variety of United States and international securities through various investment styles, including value, growth, non-market correlated, and convertible securities. The Company offers advisory services to a range of investors, including corporate retirement plans, foundations, endowments, jointly-trusteed plans and public funds, and private wealth clients. It also serves as sub-advisor to third party investment funds, including registered investment companies. It provides advisory services to 24 open-end funds and 14 closed-end funds under the Gabelli and GAMCO brands.
