It owns and operates the Gulf Hotel, Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention and Spa, Gulf Executive Offices, Gulf Executive Residence, Gulf Brands International, Gulf Hotel Laundry Services, Gulf Executive Residence Juffair, Asdal Gulf Inn Boutique Hotel, Novotel Bahrain Al Dana Resort, Gulf Convention Centre, Ocean Paradise Resort Zanzibar, Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay, Crowne Plaza Bahrain, GHG Colombo, and Bahrain Airport Hotel. The company also provides management services to Asdal Gulf-inn Seef in the Kingdom of Bahrain; laundry services; group support services; imports and sells alcohol beverages; interior and building, design of catering facilities, and landscape and recreational design services; computer and telephone system selection and layout; marketing, advertising, and promotion; supervision of building repair and maintenance; staff recruitment, orientation, and training services; and energy saving and security systems. In addition, it engages in the construction supervision and liaison; production of brochures, folders, and menus; materials purchasing; marketing surveys; development of operating plan and budget, as well as collateral materials; recruitment management; set-up of financial accounting and control systems; negotiation of leases, licenses, and concessions with third parties; provision of family entertainment; and coordination and execution of hotel opening. Further, the company is involved in the rental and management of executive apartments and offices; retail sale of food and beverages; and executive apartments. Gulf Hotels Group B.S.C. was incorporated in 1967 and is headquartered in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
