US Critical Metals Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of resource properties. The company holds an option to acquire 100% interests in the Haynes cobalt project which consists of 23 lode claims that covers a total area of approximately 475.18 acres located in the Idaho Cobalt Belt in Idaho. It also owns interest in the Clayton Ridge lithium project located in Esmeralda County, Nevada; and the Sheep Creek Rare Earth project which consisting of 223 lode claims located in Montana. In addition, the company holds interest in the McDermitt project which consists of 315 claims located in Nevada, the United States; and the Long Canyon project comprising of 20 contiguous claims located in Idaho, the United States. US Critical Metals Corp. is based in Vancouver, Canada.
