It also sells electric and electrolytic aluminum products. The company was formerly known as Huolinhe Opencut Coal Industry Corporation Limited of Inner Mongolia. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is based in Tongliao, China. Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Corporation Limited operates as a subsidiary of CPI Mengdong Energy Group Co., Ltd.
