While the majority of investments are in the form of common equity, we invest across the capital structure, including preferred equity and high-yield mortgage and mezzanine debt. It prefers to take majority, minority and controlling stakes in investments. It seeks to exit its investment in three to seven years. The firm also seeks to co-invest.
