The company was formerly known as Kim Shangchang Development Co., Ltd and changed its name to JSL Construction & Development Co., Ltd. in July 2013. JSL Construction & Development Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1986 and is headquartered in Taipei City, Taiwan.
