JAMCO Corporation manufactures and sells aircraft interiors, seats, and components in Japan. It offers galleys, lavatories, and other aircraft interior products; and provides design and project management relating to the installation of new passenger cabin interior fixtures, rearrangement of fixtures, and installation of cabin crew rest. The company also manufactures aircraft seat consoles; and jet engine parts and CFRP aircraft structural parts, upper-deck floor crossbeams, vertical tail components, and cargo struts. In addition, the company provides maintenance of aircraft and equipment for the ministry of defense, japan coast guard, the civil aviation bureau of the ministry of land, infrastructure, transport and tourism, national defense academy, and various airlines; maintenance and alteration of small- and medium-sized aircraft and helicopters, and jets; maintenance of propellers, landing gear, avionics, cabin interior components, and evacuation slides; and overhaul of wheels, brakes and rescue hoists. JAMCO Corporation was formerly known as New Japan Aircraft Maintenance Co., Ltd. and changed its name to JAMCO Corporation in June 1988. The company was incorporated in 1949 and is based in Tokyo, Japan.
