In addition, it provides testing solutions, such as memory product testing, consumer electronics, logic/mixed Signal product testing, LCD panel driver, CIS/CCD Products, wireless RF component testing, system integration chip test, micro-electro mechanical systems (MEMS) testing, biochip testing, and testing technical support. The company was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
