Marwest Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is focused on the Western Canadian multi-family REIT and specializing in high quality, income producing properties. The REIT was formed to provide Unitholders with the opportunity to invest in the Canadian multifamily rental sector through the ownership of income-producing properties. The REIT owns and operates a portfolio of multi-family investment properties located in Western Canada. The REIT's portfolio of properties consists of Element Townhomes, which features 112 multi-family units in Transcona; Kenwood Court, which is located in the desirable South St. Vital neighborhood, Kenwood Court is surrounded by comfort, greenery, and riverside walkways, and Brio Brownstones, which is featuring approximately 148 units and a luxurious clubhouse.
