OSS Co., Ltd is a company that develops various service businesses, including cinema theaters, real estate rental and apartment sales, food service, and entertainment. The company was established as a film distribution corporation, 'OS Film Theater Co.,Ltd,' in 1945 under Ichizan Kobayashi, who founded Hankyu Toho Group and became famous after World War II. It changed its name to present-day 'OSS Corporation' in 1975 and changed its structure accordingly to meet customers' expectations. The Entertainment and service business (film) is the founding business of OS Group, which provides a meeting place that connects 'film' with 'customer' through cinema management. The core business of the OS Group is 'Real Estate Business (Rental)' with commercial buildings and offices in Kansai Region and the East Japan region, including 'OS Building' at Umeda City.
