Parkson Retail Group Limited operates and manages a network of department stores, shopping malls, outlets, and supermarkets in the People’s Republic of China. It offers various brands of fashion and lifestyle related merchandise focuses on four categories, including fashion and apparel, cosmetics and accessories, household and electrical, and groceries and perishables targeting the young and contemporary market. In addition, it engages in the domestic and cross-border trading; sale of apparel; and wholesale and retail trade activities. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
