Pathfinder Ventures Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of providing short and long-term accommodation year-round through its wholly owned land and on-site facilities. The Company is developing a network of family-friendly recreational vehicle (RV) parks and campgrounds under the Pathfinder Camp Resorts name. It has three camp resorts located in British Columbia and is focused on building its network through both acquisitions and new construction. Its Fort Langley Property is part of Brae Island Regional Park, which provides visitors beach access, walking trails and picnic areas. Its Parksville Property is a family-oriented park located along the Englishman River near Parksville. Its Agassiz Property is located to the north of the town of Agassiz, within the District of Kent. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of providing camp sites and motel lodging for daily, weekly, and monthly terms throughout the year.
