Pearl Properties (2006) Limited (Pearl Properties) is a real estate company. The Company's principal activities are property investment, development and management. The Company operates through three segments: offices, retail and industrial properties. The office segment acquires, develops and leases offices in the central business district and office parks. Offices consist of the high rise central business district buildings and office parks in Zimbabwe. The retail segment acquires, develops and leases shops in the central business district and selected suburban locations throughout Zimbabwe. The industrial segment consists of properties situated in designated industrial areas of Zimbabwe. The Company has a property portfolio covering office, retail and industrial sectors spread across urban centers of Zimbabwe. Its portfolio consists of approximately 117,250 square meters of lettable space made up of office parks, retail shops, commercial and industrial space.
