Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, invests in, develops, operates, and manages commercial real estate projects in the People’s Republic of China. The company operates through four segments: Property Development, Property Investment, Commercial Operation and Residential Property Management, and Other Property Development Related Businesses.
