Radiant Globaltech Berhad, an investment holding company, provides retail technology software solutions in Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the United States, India, and Spain. It also provides hardware solutions, such as point of sale equipment, self-checkout systems, self-ordering kiosks, radio frequency identification technology devices, electronic shelf labelling solutions, and industrial mobile devices. In addition, the company offers technical support and customer service solutions comprising training and consultancy, hardware and software support, call centre and helpdesk, and preventive and corrective maintenance services. Further, it is involved in market, sale, and installation of hardware for the retail industry; designs, develops, markets, sells, enhances, customizes, and implements third party software and in-house software; and provision of management and computer consultancy, and information technology solutions, as well as maintenance for the hardware and software products and solutions; deals in computer accessories and peripherals; and computer programming activities. The company serves retail chains, convenience stores, fast moving consumer goods brands, food and beverage chains, manufacturers, transportation and logistics, and utilities providers. The company was formerly known as Axiome Protal Sdn Bhd and changed its name to Radiant Globaltech Berhad in August 2017. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
