Raffles Medical Group Ltd provides integrated private healthcare services primarily in Singapore, Greater China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Japan. The company operates through four segments: Healthcare Services, Hospital Services, Investment Holdings, and Insurance Services. Its Raffles Hospital, a tertiary care hospital that offers 24-hour acute and critical care, family medicine services, health screening, and a range of multi-disciplinary specialist clinics; appointed wards, day surgery, angiography suites, delivery suites, operating theatres, intensive care unit, and neonatal intensive care unit; and radiology, clinical laboratory, pharmacy, dietetics, rehabilitation, and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as dental services and emergency services. The company also trades in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, and diagnostic equipment; and provides management and consultancy services. In addition, it engages in the operation of medical clinics and other general medical services; provides specialized medical services; operation of medical laboratory and imaging center; and provision of health insurance products, as well as investment holding activities in investment properties. The company was founded in 1976 and is based in Singapore. Raffles Medical Group Ltd operates as a subsidiary of Raffles Medical Holdings Pte Ltd.
