Vext Science, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides integrated agricultural technology, services, and property management services in the cannabis industry in the United States. It owns and manages cultivation facilities, manufacturing units, and dispensaries; and involves in the cultivation, extraction, manufacture, and sale of THC and CBD cartridges, concentrates, and edibles. The company was formerly known as Vapen MJ Ventures Corporation and changed its name to Vext Science, Inc. in November 2019. Vext Science, Inc. was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
