Aventis Energy Inc. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets in Canada. The company explores for copper, battery, uranium, and other base and precious metals. It holds a 100% interest in the Sting copper project that includes five mineral claims covering an area of approximately 30.6 square kilometers located in the western Newfoundland, Canada. The company also has an option to acquire a 75% interest in the Corvo uranium project, which comprises 13 mineral dispositions covering an area of 12,265 hectares situated in the eastern Athabasca Basin region. Aventis Energy Inc. was formerly known as Vital Battery Metals Inc. and changed its name to Aventis Energy Inc. in May 2025. The company was incorporated in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
