Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd., an investment holding company, engages in the supply chain management and trading businesses in the People’s Republic of China and Singapore. In addition, the company trades in agricultural products, chemical materials, plastic raw materials, consumer goods, black and non–ferrous metals, etc.; and offers trade-related supply chain financial services. Further, it engages in the provision of e-commerce and financial services for online and offline customers; and sale of retail shops and auxiliary facilities units, as well as rental of investment properties. Additionally, the company is involved in B2B trading and IT cloud services. The company was formerly known as Zall Group Ltd. and changed its name to Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd. in June 2018. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Wuhan, the People’s Republic of China. Zall Smart Commerce Group Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Zall Development Investment Company Limited.
